The moment it all begins. The GRABBYS 2026 Opening Ceremony sets the tone for an unforgettable weekend with electrifying live performances from Matt Vasquez together with top talent and the all important opening speech that ignites the energy, excitement, and spirit of the GRABBYS. This is where the celebration starts — drinks on the GRABBYS before the show begins. 

Check-in Information

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.

With over 600 guests arriving, wait times may occur. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Upon arrival, the reception team will require a valid form of identification, such as a passport or European ID card. You will also need to provide the name of the lead name under which the reservation was made.

Once checked in, you will receive your Falcon | NakedSword-sponsored room key and your Official GRABBYS wristband.

Please ensure your wristband is visible and worn at all times throughout the event. 24/7 security will be in place during the GRABBYS to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

Guests without an official GRABBYS wristband must purchase one or
leave the venue (Hotel Ritual).

INFORMATION FOR NON HOTEL RITUAL GUESTS (THE VENUE)

To Pick Up Your Pre-Purchased Event Wristband:

• Wristband collection begins Monday, 20th of April at the venue.

• You must present a valid barcode from your purchase receipt upon arrival.

• Important: Once scanned, your barcode cannot be used again.

• Do not share your barcode with anyone else, as this may prevent you from accessing the event.

To Purchase an Event Wristband:

• Wristbands will be available for purchase at the venue starting Monday, 20th of April.

• The price will be 179 euros both at the venue and online from this date forward. 
  Until this date, Event Wristbands will be 159 euros and ONLY available online. 

• We recommend purchasing in advance to avoid the price increase.

The GRABBYS Press Conference is a dedicated briefing for accredited media and official press only. It’s an essential opportunity to receive key announcements, access confirmed information, and hear directly from GRABBYS organisers and partners.

Attendance is important for journalists covering the event. Valid press credentials will be presented during the conference, and access will be granted only to those officially pre-registered. This ensures a focused, respectful environment where accurate reporting and meaningful media engagement can take place.

The press conference will take place at Hotel Ritual’s restaurant. The space will be set up with a podium for speakers and a branded backdrop featuring event visuals, ensuring a professional and engaging atmosphere.
